John P. Koser, Sr., age 69, of Beach Haven, NJ died on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. Born in Mount Holly, Mr. Koser lived in Burlington County and Eastern Pennsylvania before settling in Beach Haven in 1996. For most of his career, he was a self-employed defense contractor. More recently, he was a real estate agent and partner in Sunset Harbour Realty, Beach Haven. Mr. Koser was an EMT and President of the Beach Haven First Aid Squad, member of the Beach Haven Land Use Board, the Ocean County Board of Realtors, and the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi; his son, John P. Koser, Jr., and his wife Meaghan; two brothers, Wayne Koser and his wife MaryEllen, and William Koser; his brother-in-law, Rev. John Becker and his wife Jan; and his pet dog, Marsha.

Cremation was private and was entrusted to the Maxwell Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 2 PM at the Pearl Street Pavilion, Beach Haven. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Integrity Mission, Inc., P.O. Box 531, Ft.
