Peggy is one of the few people I know that offers a smile and has something good to say about anybody she mentions. That makes her special and unique.

Although we didn't see much of each other unless it was at a reunion-planning event or a reunion; we did serendipitously meet at Wegman's a few times. The last time was probably this past spring. Forty minutes later we went on our merry ways, all caught-up and filled with good news of our families and especially her beloved kids and grandchildren. It was great to know that she and Larry were doing well after their move into their new home. I'll  miss our chance encounters, but we both know we'll meet again in heaven...not really by chance.

Peggy was a wonderful, genuine, sweet friend. She spread sunshine and happiness wherever she went. I am so thankful for the time we spent together when Peggy and Larry came out to visit us.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Larry, her sons and grandchildren, she loved her family with all of her heart.

I met Peggy at the reunion and she remembered me with her contagious beautiful smile. Think her over whelming friendliness is another reason I remembered her name. What a shock to hear of her passing... she will truly be missed 😢 Heaven has gained a beautiful angel 😇
